Amanda is a patience-oriented, experienced supervisor with over a decade of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Hearthstone Manor’s Director of Care / Administrator since 2020. She strives to contribute her knowledge and passion for nursing to the benefit of staff she manages. She is an experienced LPN with strong clinical and people skills. Amanda has experience ensuring high standards of culturally competent care for a wide variety of patients with diverse needs. She is an enthusiastic LPN with excellent people skills and dedicated work ethic.

At Hearthstone Manor we recognize that each caregiver makes a big impact on the lives of our residents and other staff. We are careful with our staff selection to ensure that we have a positive and professional positive energy in our facility.
Full time nursing and care staff work 4 on and 4 off 12-hour shifts. We maintain a selective list of causal employees on staff.
New hires are paid according to years of experience. Existing employees have periodic wage reviews and increases are based on performance, attitude, flexibility and hours worked.
