CARE

  • Long Term Care: ​When you can no longer take care of yourself and need 24-hour help and nursing care  make Hearthstone Manor your new home and enjoy all the comforts of home in a small facility where you don’t get lost in the crowd.
  • Incontinence Care: Our staff is proficient in identifying a suitable course of treatment if necessary and provide emotional support and advice as needed.
  • Respite / Short Stay: Recovering from surgery or illness or if your caregiver needs a vacation; enjoy full services and activities that our long-term residents enjoy.  Minimum stay is 14 days.
  • Keeping Couples Together: Hearthstone can keep couples together until end of life.  We are required to provide separate rooms for each partner, but they spend their days and take their meals together.
  • Walks & wheelchair strolls
  • Exercise: indoor & outdoor
  • Oral / Dental Hygiene: routine checks and cleaning.
